Very caring and professional
The only problem I experienced was I had to make calls myself and setup an appointment for my follow up appointment, and to setup an appointment for my hip injection.
It may sound simple but for me I found it very difficult trying to find the right person very one bouncing me around like a rubber ball, and I and I found it very frustrating*

The entire staff was very friendly. Dr. Karas spent plenty of time with me, listening and providing sound advice and guidance. I did not feel rushed like they were just going through patients as quickly as possible. *

Not very impressed with this visit. Information given during appointment was very unclear and could have been better communicated. While I did understand doctor’s concerns about my condition, he was not very helpful with providing additional resources to help. The resident doctor communicated information more clearly after doctor quickly delivered information leaving out the room in somewhat of an unprofessional manner. Came in hoping to get a better solution for my condition but it seems as though I am back at square one.*

The entire team was attentive and compassionate they all seemed genuinely interested in helping me feel better and were so kind and funny while doing so from checking in, x ray, all the way to Demi and Dr Kara’s.
