Dr Karas performed surgery on my hip. The hip could not be relaxed as I had already had three surgeries —- hip replacements already. I also have foot drop on that leg. I can now stand on the leg and hopefully walk in the future*

This is my 2nd knee with Dr. Karas. His bedside manner is awesome as for the surgeon just as wonderful.,My first knee was 18 months ago, no problems and bending walking without pain. Looking forward to my right knee being just like it.
If I could give more starts Dr. Karas would be a 10!!!*

As a Nursing Assistance, I definitely did my research prior to finding Dr. Vasilis Karas as Top Dr. In both knees and hip replacement surgery, on US. News and World report . After the first knee replacement I was able to perform tasks that were impossible for more than 10 years now. Now, 5 months later I am here post-op on my other knee and the surgery is a success. I am still in the hospital and already walking and doing stairs! Do the right thing for yourself, and choose the best in order to get great, long lasting results! *

I had a hip replacement done in southern Florida that left me in pain and with my leg over an inch shorter than my normal leg. Dr. Karas was very honest and stated if was him or anyone in his family he would recommend a hip revision. My wife and I agreed and surgery was set right after discussion. I am pain free, both legs are now the same length. Dr. Karas throughout process was very honest and gave me his opinions. He treated me like family. I felt very lucky and honored to have been treated by him. When I left he stated if I had any issues to get in touch with him and he would immediately take care of it.
Everyone on Dr Karas’ team had a smile on their face and were very helpful and professional.
I would highly recommend Dr. Karas and his team to everyone! I’d give him 10 stars but only allowed to give him 5.
