Dr Karas and his team are the best. Clear communication is key with them. You get daily msgs that really help to know what you should be experiencing and how best to address any concerns. Just had my 2nd knee replacement with Dr Kars and highly recommend him!*

I have had two full knee replacement surgeries with Dr Karas and his team. In a word, the are terrific from the first time I went in that led to my first surgery through the second surgery and post-op visit. Answered all my questions in a very timely manner in ac way that I would fully understand. Everything done was with the utmost professionalism.*

Listened took his time we discussed the options available offered a cortisone shot to help and it did! The fellowship dr. Was very informative as well .

Dr. Karas has replaced my left hip and both knees. My last surgery was September 9,2025, today October 9, l am walking unassisted (even stairs) with no cane, or crutches. I can damn near run! Feels great at 71 y/o.*
