Overall, it was efficient. Dr Karas was nice and let me know what he could and committed to learning more about the implant that needed replacement. My only dissatisfaction was that surgery could not be scheduled for over two months from now and that I did not get any recommendations on how to deal with the escalating pain for so long. *

My experience is, that before my knee surgery Doctor Karas made me feel confident and that my worry and fear no longer felt. And so it was, after my surgery on my left knee I came back after 6 months confident for my surgery on my right knee. Dr. Karas is the best of the best. Thanks for everything. ❤*

Dr. Karas and his staff at MOR are the cream of the crop. Anyone considering a Total Knee Replacement is doing themselves a disservice if they don't at least meet with Dr. Karas and his team when evaluating their options.
As of this writing I am 3 weeks post-op for Total Knee Replacement and it's 'almost' like it never happened. I still have a number of weeks of PT ahead of me and while my recovery might not be typical I do attribute a lot of it directly to Dr. Karas and his procedures at Midwest Orthopedics at RUSH. *
