Dr. Karas is truly the most caring surgeon, I have ever known. Dr. Karas Gentle concern for the patient’s total health was remarkable. It wasn’t all about the surgery as it was getting me feeling better prior to surgery ,amazing. He and his staff are truly a remarkable team. I’m honored that I was able to meet Dr. Karas and staff, Who helped me every step of the way with health and my insurance, Godspeed to each of them : I truly Believe they gave me back a life that I can enjoy , being out of pain without narcotics.*

Decided to go with Dr Karas after my first visit. I was very impressed with him and his whole staff especially Diana who gave me my cortisone shot. Dr Karas explained the whole process of knee replacement thoroughly and eased my anxiety. Surgery will be in January*

Though I had to wait for so long to get to surgery due to various postponements and scheduling availability, I am glad it finally happened and my experience with dr Karas has been a positive one. His pleasant and friendly demeanor put me at ease and helped me overcome my anxiety about the surgery. My pain was under control from the very beginning and Dr Karas’s instructions for proper recovery were very clear and easy to follow.
