Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Madison brings both compassion and expertise to her role as a physician assistant. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin, where she also completed a certificate in Athletic Healthcare. She then went on to earn her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Carroll University.
Madison was drawn to the PA profession because of the unique opportunity it offers to serve as a vital connection between patients and physicians. She is passionate about educating and supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
What Madison enjoys most about working with Dr. Karas and the team is being involved in every step of a patient’s experience—from the initial consultation, to surgery day, through to full recovery. She finds it incredibly rewarding to watch patients return to the activities they love and feels fortunate to work in an environment that treats every patient and team member like family. And, as she says, “the best part is that we have a lot of fun while doing it!”
